mcLegends is an annual charity basketball game that brings together regional high school allstar basketball players, and former high school basketball players. However many of the former high school players have gone on to achieve greatness in professional sports and the business world.
This year's mcLegends featured Antwaan Randle El of the Washington Redskins, former Thorton High School graduate. Napoleon Harris of the Kansas City Chiefs, also a former Thorton HS grad. Also returning home, Greg Lewis of the Philadelphia Eagles, a Rich South HS grad.
The game ended with a five minute overtime, the mcLegends winning 159-155. This is an annual event, so be on the look out for this next year as it's truly a classic game.
